Overview

One of the leading exponents of his voice type in our time, the French countertenor returns with the Franco-Spanish guitarist for a programme traversing several centuries and national traditions. Their related album, says Philippe Jaroussky, ‘is a journey between different cultures, different continents and different languages, but each piece is a world in itself. The idea was to take some risks, sometimes moving to a completely different world between one song and the next.’
