Overview

The first period-instrument quartet to become a member of the BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artists scheme, the Consone was formed at the Royal College of Music and went on to win awards from York Early Music Young Artists Competition and the Royal Over-Seas League. Its first CD was described by The Strad as a recording ‘that instantly leaps out of the stereo at you as something special’.
