Overview
Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2022, the Anglo-Irish ensemble has, over the years, covered a huge amount of musical territory, both live and on disc, to which it has recently added Dvořák’s popular piece. Critics have been consistently enthusiastic: one review in The Strad described it as offering ‘a masterclass in unanimity of musical purpose, in which severity could melt seamlessly into charm, and drama into geniality.’
