Overview
The Belfast-born trombonist won the BBC Young Musician of the Year in 2008 at the age of 12 and at 18 joined the London Symphony Orchestra as co-principal, becoming a member of the BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artist Scheme the following year. ‘A young trombonist with a deeply romantic soul’, wrote Gramophone of his first solo CD, Life Force.
