Overview
Osborn explains that Juvenilia (2018-9) ‘is about the codes and languages that children use’, much of it inspired by Iona and Peter Opie’s The Lore and Language of Schoolchildren, to which Osborn has added texts from his own 1990s childhood. The vocal ensemble heralds it with works by four composers of different periods.
