    Overview

    First performed in 2021 with Mahan Esfahani as soloist, Coin Op Automata is ‘a series of little mechanical tableaux’ inspired by ‘all sorts of coin-operated machines’ while the solo violin piece Rendering Error (2019) ‘refers to badly rendered computer-generated images’.
