Overview

Pulitzer Prize-winning American composer Tyshawn Sorey continues to find fresh things to say in jazz and contemporary classical music. His new work for electric guitar, performed by Sean Shibe, stands in company with Cassandra Miller’s Bel Canto, a multi-layered meditation on Maria Callas, and Boulez’s seminal Le marteau sans maître.
