Mariam Batsashvili’s recital combines works ideally suited to her poetic artistry. She moves from the haunting music of Bach’s Third Concerto and Chopin’s translucent Andante spianato to Haydn’s joyful Sonata in D and the earthy drama of Liszt’s Hungarian Rhapsodies.
