This concert will be approximately 1 hour in duration, without an interval
Old paradigms have been tested to destruction by the Vision String Quartet, whose artistic worldview is as fresh and invigorating in works from the core chamber repertoire as it is in the Quartet's own compositions. The Berlin-based group presents the intriguing combination of Webern’s hyper-expressive Langsamer Satz, an instrumental love song, and Dvořák’s radiant String Quartet in G Op. 106.
