Founded at the Royal College of Music in 2012, the ensemble has won a high reputation as – in the words of BBC Radio 3 – one of the UK’s ‘top new music bands’, and in 2021 was awarded the Ernst von Siemens Musikstiftung Ensemble Prize to support its artistic and organisational development. Two world premières join works by other leading contemporary composers.
