Families

Wigmore Hall firmly believes that music can strengthen bonds and provide enriching and inspiring shared experiences which enable families to express themselves and be creative together.

We lead interactive workshops and concerts for families: from informal concerts for parents or carers with babies under 1, to creative music workshops and concerts for the whole family. All our family events are designed for parents/carers and their children to enjoy together.

If you are new to family events at Wigmore Hall, you can buy your tickets for half price, either by phone or in person. We also offer a £1 ticket scheme for families who face financial barriers or have been referred to us through partner organisations.

Wigmore Hall is proud to meet the Family Arts Standards, reflecting its commitment to offering family-friendly events and spaces. At the Hall, we have baby changing facilities, space for buggies/prams and cloakrooms for your belongings so you can relax and enjoy our activities. We also offer BSL interpreted family concerts that are accessible and welcoming for the d/Deaf community.

Outside of the Hall, we work in partnership with charities providing services for families who have experienced trauma, homelessness, poverty, and domestic abuse. We are dedicated to co-creating bespoke creative music making programmes that are responsive to the aims and needs of our partners and participants.
