    Overview

    Founded in 1995 to celebratethe 150th anniversary of Fauré’sbirth, the quartet’s members havegone on to open up new territoryfor chamber groups. Alongsideclassics of their medium, herethey perform transcriptions by theensemble’s pianist of piano piecesby Rachmaninov.
