Overview

Originating as long ago as 1984, the Italian ensemble is regarded as one of the finest specialising in Baroque music. Here, a selectchamber group from the ensemble presents threeworks by Handel’s older contemporary Alessandro Scarlatti and another by the Neapolitan Francesco Mancini (1672-1737) that was formerly attributed to Handel.
