This concert will be approximately 1 hour in duration, without an interval
Join the Kyan Quartet - four exceptional musicians from the United Kingdom, The United States, China and France - for a low stimulus performance as part of Wigmore Hall's Imagine Series. The quartet will perform pieces without sudden or loud volume in this informal concert. They will introduce pieces and share some facts and stories about the music.
The concert will benefit from natural daylight through Wigmore Hall’s frosted glass ceiling, and all other lighting in the auditorium itself will be kept low. Announcements will be kept to a minimum and there will be a quiet space in the Learning Room. Audiences may leave and re-enter when needed. Hand dryers in the toilets will be switched off and paper towels available instead.
Low stimulus performances may benefit some neurodivergent people and those who prefer a quieter environment and for more information, visit wigmore-hall.org.uk/imagine-series.
